1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InteriorOS ("the Service"), including our website, mobile applications, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and InteriorOS Technologies Private Limited ("InteriorOS", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Description of Service
InteriorOS is a project management platform built specifically for interior design studios and professionals. The Service provides tools to manage:
- Interior design projects end-to-end, including timelines, tasks, and milestones
- Financial tracking, budgets, client invoicing, and vendor payments
- Client relationships and project pipelines (CRM)
- Team coordination between designers, site supervisors, and field workers
- Material procurement, vendor management, and purchase orders
- Daily site reports, photo documentation, and progress tracking
The Service is available via web browsers and mobile applications for iOS and Android. Features may vary by subscription plan and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
3User Accounts & Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid mobile number or email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that all information provided during registration remains current and accurate
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for an extended period.
4Subscription & Payments
Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period, which provides access to selected features of the Service at no charge. The duration and scope of the free trial will be communicated at the time of sign-up. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.
Paid Plans
InteriorOS offers multiple subscription plans designed for studios of different sizes. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Current plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
Billing & Renewals
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected
- Annual plans are billed upfront for the entire year at a discounted rate
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at legal@interioros.app within 7 days of the charge.
5User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on any third party's rights
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws
You are solely responsible for all content, data, and information that you upload, create, or share through the Service.
6Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, source code, features, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all related documentation, is the exclusive property of InteriorOS Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Service solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
- Create derivative works based on the Service
- Sublicence or resell access to the Service
7Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data, content, files, and information that you upload, create, or store on the Service ("User Data"). InteriorOS does not claim any ownership rights over your User Data.
By using the Service, you grant InteriorOS a limited licence to process, store, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell, share, or disclose your User Data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
You may export or download your User Data at any time through the tools provided within the Service. Upon termination of your account, we will retain your User Data for a period of 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
8Service Availability & Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service and aim for an uptime of 99.9%. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance or security patches
- Factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate any planned maintenance in advance through email or in-app notifications.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory
- InteriorOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InteriorOS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings within the Service. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately
- Any outstanding fees remain payable
- Your User Data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion or data export
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- Your use of the Service poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users
- We are required to do so by law or a valid legal order
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is required to protect the Service or its users.
11Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
